Eurofiber acquires Arcadiz, a leading provider of tailored business-critical connectivity solutions

Zaventem/Leuven, Belgium, February 10, 2025. Eurofiber announces today the acquisition of business-critical connectivity provider Arcadiz. With this acquisition, Eurofiber strengthens its position in providing robust and scalable network solutions for customers’ advanced network requirements, further supporting its long-term growth objectives with its open access digital infrastructure.

Arcadiz, established in 1999, is a leading business critical connectivity provider with vast experience in designing, building, maintaining and operating networks for the most advanced customer network requirements in Benelux. Arcadiz provides high-end tailored connectivity services to large customers across profit and non-profit segments, including large enterprises, governments and utilities. Based in Leuven, Arcadiz has 38 employees.

Completion of the acquisition of Arcadiz is subject to customary regulatory approvals in Belgium and is expected to conclude in Q1 2025.
