Zaventem 02/05/2022 – Eurofiber Belgium has signed a contract with Circet for the further expansion of its fiber-optic network. The agreement has a term of two years.
The contract was signed against the backdrop of current market developments. Meile de Haan, Group Director Infra Operator: “Eurofiber is growing fast, so more capacity is needed to carry out all the work. Our digital infrastructure is also crucially important for our clients, which include government bodies, educational institutions, hospitals, and large corporations. That’s why Eurofiber sets high standards for parties who are allowed to work on our network.”
Strategic partnership
In order to guarantee the quality and continuity of service to its clients, Eurofiber has opted for a multi-year agreement with Circet. Meile de Haan: “We said farewell to the traditional client-supplier relationship in 2019. Since then, our cooperation agreements have been strategic partnerships. We have optimized the responsibilities in the supply chain, and control of the delivery process largely falls to our contractors. We ensure a good balance of responsibilities, and each partner does what it does best. Circet matches this philosophy perfectly and is, therefore, a logical choice for us. We are convinced that this will enable us to raise the quality of service to our clients.”
Russell Crye, Chief Commercial Officer at Circet Benelux on the agreement:
“We have been a partner of Eurofiber in the Netherlands for over 20 years, and we are very proud that Eurofiber has also chosen Circet in Belgium. It’s a modern and balanced agreement based on partnership and trust, in which optimal use is made of each other’s expertise. We look forward to a wonderful partnership in which Eurofiber is able to achieve a high level of client satisfaction by focusing on delivery reliability and quality.
We strongly value long-term cooperation with our clients. It means that there is sufficient room to invest in order to achieve joint success. Openness and trust were very important in the formation of the contract. The new contract is a great opportunity for Circet; its expertise and motivated colleagues will contribute to the further expansion of Eurofiber’s digital infrastructure in Belgium.
Eurofiber offers its partners every opportunity to brainstorm and to optimize and strengthen the entire chain. Because control is now largely in the hands of the partners, we can manage the chain even more intelligently and quickly. As a Eurofiber partner, we continue to build the Smart Society together. By pooling our knowledge and strengths, we are able to provide society with even better vital digital infrastructure.”
