Dutch/Belgian digital infrastructure specialist expands to third country

Maarssen, The Netherlands –Dutch-Belgian digital infrastructure specialist Eurofiber has announced its acquisition of three French companies: Eurafibre, ATE and Eura DC. Based in Lille, these sister companies have a strong position in the north of France in fiberoptic connectivity, cloud and managed services, as well as server hosting services in colocation datacenters.

The companies fit perfectly in our European growth ambition, especially given their focus and track record for very high customer satisfaction.’ Eurafibre, ATE and Eura DC Chief Executive Maxence Rousseau: ‘We want our companies to get to the next phase and were looking for a solid partner who could help us in realizing that ambition. In Eurofiber, I believe we have found the perfect match on operational and commercial as well as cultural levels. We look forward to working together in serving our current and future customers.’
