Toulouse, France/ Maarssen, the Netherlands, 2 September 2021 – FullSave, part of Eurofiber Group, announced the acquisition of Netiwan. These two major regional players joining forces paves the way for the creation of an operator spanning the entire South of France.
Founded in 2010, Netiwan has a history and a path similar to those of FullSave: a local player close to its customers, active in the digital connectivity sector and more recently also providing cloud infrastructure services. Netiwan is present in Béziers, Montpellier and Nîmes, where it operates its own datacenter. Joining forces with FullSave will create a major operator in the Occitanie region and beyond, offering services along the Bordeaux-Toulouse-Montpellier-Marseille corridor.
Eurofiber French growth strategy
Netiwan is the latest acquisition by the Eurofiber Group in France. In 2020, Eurofiber acquired both Lumos and FullSave as part of its French growth strategy, which is aimed at expanding Eurofiber’s footprint in France to at least 25 cities by 2025. Eurofiber also has a strong presence in Lille with its companies Eurafibre, ATE and Eura DC.
